  • No, we offer a diverse range of classes including The Method™ barre workouts, Body HIIT, Rad Body Reformer, Bodyflow Yoga, Tread Body, and more.

  • Absolutely. We provide personalized training programs tailored to individual goals, including private one-on-one sessions with our experienced trainers. You can find them here.

  • We have two locations: Sonoma and Weston both located in Vaughan, ON. Find more information here.

  • Booking is simple! Go to our locations page right here. Pick your desired location and book your class.

  • Yes, we offer comprehensive teacher training programs in Pilates, Barre, Reformer, and Yoga. Find more information here.

  • We have a 6 hour cancellation policy. Please cancel all classes on the app at least 6 hours prior to the class.

    There is a $15.00 +HST service charge for missed & late cancellation of classes.

    If there is an emergency and you must cancel a class after the 6-hour mark, please call or email the studio.

  • Please wear indoor shoes. Please refrain from using your phone during classes. If you need to take a call or text please step out of the studio to do so.

    Be kind to those around you!

  • Please arrive 5  minutes early to class so you have time to get yourself set up!

    We have a 5 minute grace period, if you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be permitted to enter the class.

  • Members must take an Intro to Reformer prior to booking "Reform Body" & "Rad Body Reformer" classes.

    Please contact front desk to book your Intro to Reformer or if you have any questions!

  • Member's are permitted to hold their membership for up to 21 days per calendar year

    Members must provide 30 days notice prior to holding their membership

    For our "New Client Special" offer we are not able to provide any holds as this is a discounted trial membership period.

    To cancel an autopay membership, you must provide 30 day's notice as stated in your contract.

    Memberships are non transferable.

    In the event that you need to place your membership on hold due to medical reasons, please request to speak to our management team!
