The Weston Road gym location was the first-ever Body Barre Studio, making it the heart and soul of the brand. Founded by Tina Di Leo, this location represents the start of a fitness revolution, creating a space where women of all backgrounds, fitness levels, and ages can come together to build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Tina, a Balanced Body Pilates Instructor, Master Barre Instructor, and Fitness & Nutrition Coach, has spent over 20 years in the industry. Her passion for movement and holistic wellness led her to develop The Body Barre Method™, a 200-hour teacher training program, which is now recognized as one of the top programs for barre instructors.

As Tina puts it: "With over 20 years of experience in fitness, nutrition, and holistic health, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering women through personalized fitness solutions."

Tania Gaudio - Weston Road Manager, Running Coach, Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Tania’s journey into fitness started at age 15, and she’s dedicated her career to helping others break through both mental and physical barriers. She brings high energy, motivation, and precision to her classes. Her approach? Making every session enjoyable and effective.

As she puts it: "Strength isn’t just built in the gym—it’s forged in every challenge and step you take toward your true potential."

Suzie Carvalho - Master Trainer, Barre & Strength Coach

With a background in sports like volleyball, baseball, and swimming, Suzie brings an athlete’s mindset to Body Barre. She’s passionate about strength training and loves the dynamic nature of barre workouts.

Suzie’s philosophy: "Fitness is more than just a workout—it’s about building strength and confidence in all areas of life."

Pauline Piccone - Barre, Reformer & Strength Instructor

Pauline discovered Body Barre, and it transformed her life. Now, she’s dedicated to helping others feel confident and empowered in their fitness journey.

Her class motto: "I want every session to be full of good vibes, positive energy, and confidence-building movement."

Maria Pizzitola – Barre, Pilates & Reformer Instructor

With a background in Kinesiology and over 25 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist, Maria found her true passion in fitness. Pilates and Barre became her sanctuary after having children and during her recovery from cancer—helping her regain strength, confidence, and resilience. Now, she’s dedicated to guiding others on their own journey to strength and self-discovery.
